Lakewalk at Hamlin
Lakewalk at Hamlin is an apartment complex in Hamlin Village, Winter Garden. The project included one, two and three-bedroom apartments, as well as Carriage House bungalows. These have plank vinyl flooring, quartz kitchen countertops granite bathroom countertops, oversized patios and high ceilings on the third-floor units.
The Clubhouse is over 10,000sf with an indoor fireplace, cyber café and lounge areas, state of the art gym with yoga space, recreation room and expansive views of the lake. Mark Portrait completed this project in 2019 for $33 million.
